We started as a consultancy and became a product-led transformation company because our clients deserved something that outlasted the consulting hours.
02 — Our story
JMA started as a consultancy: engineers and strategists parachuting into complex operations to solve the problem in front of them. That work was good, but the value walked out the door with us when the engagement ended, living on in a PDF nobody opened again.
So we changed what we build. Every engagement now produces a platform the client owns and runs long after we've moved on, a digital twin, a GEO program, a dashboard, a website, engineered to keep compounding value instead of gathering dust. We became a product-led transformation company because our clients deserved something that outlasted the consulting hours.
Today JMA works out of Dallas, Southern California, and Novi Sad, Serbia, a deliberately builder-heavy culture where the people who design the system are the same people who ship and maintain it. No handoffs, no diffusion of ownership, just one team accountable for the outcome.
